Blue Mind Workshops are rooted in the work of marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols and his Blue Mind theory, which explores how being in or near water positively affects the brain, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. Each workshop combines accessible neuroscience with practical exercises, helping participants not only understand the science, but feel its effects themselves. The format is both educational and experiential, suitable for groups, retreat centres, wellness spaces, and corporate teams.
